This week I’ve had a lot of struggles with increased work demands, plus attempting to connect with a local agency to provide additional therapy services to aid my process towards licensure. I’ve also been reading up a lot on how to better my blog. Obviously I’m still very new to this space, so I’m hoping I can learn a lot from those more experienced than me!

As you might guess, this is a post primarily about different blog topics, geared towards new bloggers. It’s a handy little list of ideas to write about. I won’t spoil the details.
This is definitely a post I needed to read. I see a variety of posts floating around on Pinterest and I think “how do they do that? That looks gorgeous!” Well, thanks to Jamie, there’s a lovely post explaining the importance of blog graphics and ways to improve.
This post is a relatively important things I’m probably missing at this point in the game. I learned a great deal in this single post about ways to improve my blog overall.
I feel like this is pretty straight-forward. I like looking at pretty mixes of fonts and want to mix fonts well in graphics and posts.
Regina is seriously one of my favorite bloggers. She is a wonderful, intelligent woman with a great wealth of knowledge to share. She includes pretty much every tip on this topic in this post. Genius! This is basically an in-depth, mostly-inclusive guide to writing a blog post, start to finish. I will definitely refer to this post frequently!
This is a list of good-to-know and useful WordPress plugins (or basically bonus features for your blog). I learned a lot about what she has found helpful and downloaded a few to use.
I feel like I’ve been living under a rock. I learned SO MUCH about different ways to improve my blog through graphic design, fonts, and even coding! I highly recommend reading this if you’re knew to blogging or just curious about some of the behind-the-scenes stuff.
So… I’ve made a couple of these mistakes. I feel like I’m stumbling through the learning curve and I hope to remember her guidelines to prevent making the same mistakes I have been.
